Coventry University and University of Wolverhampton are now accepting applications for the well-established Artists Access to Art Colleges (AA2A) scheme.

The AA2A project provides placements for visual artists and designer makers in Higher and Further Education institutions across England. In 2017-2018, AA2A expect to have 13 host institutions, 2 of which are in the West Midlands. These will offer approximately 50 placements nationally. In the last year, around 1,830 participants have realised projects and researched techniques using workshops and supporting facilities in participating fine art and design departments through this scheme.

Artists including Caitriona Dunnett and Emma McKinney have participated in the schemes in Coventry and Wolverhampton over the past year.

You can find out more about all the placements, including those offered by Coventry University and University of Wolverhampton via the AA2A website.

Application packs are ONLY available directly from host universities and colleges. Application deadlines vary according to each scheme.
