Sukhjeven Chumber is a local photographer working on a project about private car registration plates within Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

He’s looking to photograph people and their cars within the Asian and wider communities. In particular, he will be photographing people with care registrations that are linked with religion, caste and family surnames.

He is researching into why this happening and why it’s on the increase.

The Project is called PR1V4TES and currently is funded by Creative Black Country.
