Applications open for regional artist development officer role
Outside In is looking for a highly motivated and proactive regional artist development officer to join the award-winning charity.
The successful candidate, who will be based at Compton Verney, will work across the Midlands region and work closely with the Outside In team to proactively develop and manage the delivery of the Artist Development Programme in the area.
Outside In is looking for an individual who is passionate about inclusion in the arts, is highly motivated and has excellent communication and interpresonal skills, as well as possessing a good knowledge of the Midlands.
The role plays a key part in the charity’s work to build a national presence by working to secure key regional hubs.
The post holder must be prepared to travel within the region and further afield as necessary and this role will require an enhanced DBS check and compliance with Outside In’s safeguarding policies in all areas of work.

Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Hours: Three days/week (22.5 hours)
Contract: 12 months with further extension subject to funding
Location: Compton Verney, Warwickshire
