New Art West Midlands and The New Art Gallery Walsall together lead Engine, the professional development programme for artists and arts professionals in the region. Engine’s programme includes public talks and events, studio visits, away days, bursaries, mentoring and a range of other artistic and curatorial development opportunities. We want to ensure that the programme is relevant and rewarding to a wide range of artists, curators and writers, from students to those with established careers. The programme delivers region-wide opportunities, and explores further the potential for legacy through connections in and beyond the region too.

Look out for more Engine opportunities being announced soon.
