AFTERMATH is a free programme of short animations exploring the Great War at its centenary, and themes of conflict and loss.

The programme is inspired by Elizabeth Hobbs’ ‘I’m OK’, about the Expressionist artist Oskar Kokoschka and his experiences as a soldier in the First World War. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers Elizabeth Hobbs, Layla Atkinson, John Harmer, chaired by Abigail Addison from Animate Projects.

The event is presented in partnership with the ‘Voices of War and Peace: the Great War and its legacy’ AHRC/HLF First World War Engagement Centre.
